Today, the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) successfully conducted a one-day Media Orientation Session at the CBL Auditorium ahead of the National Conference on Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Resolution.
The orientation brought together journalists from across Liberia to deepen their understanding of non-performing loans, the objectives and significance of the upcoming conference, and the media's role in providing accurate, balanced, and informative coverage of this important national initiative.
The National Conference on Non-Performing Loan Resolution will be held September 9โ11, 2026, and is being organized by the Government of Liberia through the Central Bank of Liberia, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Liberia Bankers Association, and the World Bank.
