- Former CBL Contractors Extend Appreciation To Management
CBL Contractors
Two Former contractors of the Central Bank of Liberia have expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the management of the Bank. Their appreciation was expressed through a letter to the acting executive governor of the CBL, Hon. Henry F. Saamoi. Their respective letters come following the closure of their contracts with the Bank. They were certificated and appreciated for their contractor services to the CBL.
Please see below their letters of appreciation sent the management:
Mr. Henry F. Saamoi Governor,

Dear Mr. Saamoi,
I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to have been part of the Central Bank of Liberia, a prestigious institution that is central to the country’s financial growth and stability. I had the privilege of contributing to key initiatives that align with the Bank's mandate to strengthen the economy and safeguard the nation’s financial system.
Though I was recently affected by the downsizing, I hold no reservations in expressing my gratitude for the invaluable experience I gained during my tenure. The knowledge and skills I acquired while working on the CBL’s Strategic Plan implementation and monitoring of all departments/sections work plans for strategic direction of the bank, served as an observer for the new strategic plan 2025- 2029 and contributing to other technical works in the Governor’s Office at the Central Bank have greatly enhanced my professional development, and I have immense respect for the important work being done to improve the economic landscape of Liberia.
Given my background and familiarity with the institution’s mission, I would also like to respectfully request consideration for any future vacancies that may arise. I remain committed to the principles and goals of the Central Bank and am eager to continue contributing to its success should another opportunity present itself.
I believe that my experience and dedication make me well-positioned to add value to the Bank in any future capacity. Once again, thank you for the opportunity to serve under your exemplary leadership in a short period of time.
I look forward to the possibility of future collaboration and wish you and the Central Bank continued success in all your endeavors.
With sincere appreciation,

Dear Acting Governor Saamoi:
Kindly accept my esteem compliments as I use this medium to express my thanks and appreciation to the Board of Governors and Executive Management Team for the opportunity afforded me to have been of service to the Central Bank of Liberia especially within the Insurance Department.
I have to send this missive by the dictates of my conscience on two folds:
1. Is to appreciate the letter from the Human Resources Department that clearly spelled out the terms and conditions under which, I am sure each person got severed. By the communication received, it was meticulously done. The awarding of Certificates also stamped out Management's appreciation for the time served.
2. The purse as approved in the letters distributed is welcoming as during the period leading to the end of the year (2024), it also serves as " SOFT CUSHION" for we the severed Contractors. This is indeed a magnanimous gesture as we sail on and is worth commending.
Assured of your usual consideration, I remain.
Kind regards.
Sincerely yours,
Jenkins D. N. Pelenah, Sr.
